LD Consulting was established in 2016 by Erhan Dogan in Bodrum, Turkey. What began as a software outsourcing and consulting firm has evolved into a platform for building technology businesses and premium ventures.

We work with a deliberately focused client portfolio — companies and founders who value quality, long-term thinking, and genuine partnership. We're not the biggest firm. We're the right one for the right projects.

Our base in Yalıkavak, Bodrum gives us a unique perspective — close to the luxury hospitality sector, connected to the Mediterranean lifestyle, and operating in one of Turkey's most internationally oriented coastal communities.

The Founder

Erhan Dogan

Erhan Dogan is the founder and Managing Partner of LD Consulting. His path combines rigorous academic training in engineering with real-world experience in technology consulting and entrepreneurship.

A Fulbright Scholar, Erhan completed his MSc in Industrial & Systems Engineering at Virginia Tech, where he developed the analytical frameworks that underpin LD Consulting's approach to every engagement.

Based in Yalıkavak, Bodrum, Erhan combines a global perspective with deep local knowledge of the Turkish Aegean market — an advantage central to both LD Consulting's success and the growth of Bodrum Caviar.
